There’s an old saying in marketing “be where the eyeballs are”. So, basically get in front of your customers wherever they are paying attention. That’s why I like to update this saying to “be where the attention is” that’s what we want, we want peoples attention. It’s important for every business to realise where our potential customers are and where they are paying attention. The next time you are out in public ie a restaurant or at a train station take a second, sit down and look around. What are people paying attention to ? Are they looking at posters? Are they looking at billboards? I think you’ll find they are looking at their phone. So it’s important for all businesses to have some kind of presence here so that they have the potential to be in front of their customers and have their attention.
