Google and Keywords
Words are still the cornerstone of all search engine optimisation, which basically means how well we rank in Google search for a given search term.
When I talk about words what I’m actually talking about are keywords or even key phrases and what I mean by that is, what are the words or the phrases that my potential customer is lightly to type into Google or any other search engine in order to find a product or service like that which I offer. So, we are trying to get into the mind if you like of our target customers and we are trying to figure out what what is the type of language that my target customer will use when searching for a product of service similar to what I offer. Now, the key here again is to think in terms of your customer. What words will they use, because sometimes the words that we use as professionals are not the same as the ones used by our potential customers. So, keyword research is hugely important here when we talk about search engine optimisation and the key point is to talk in terms of the language used by our customers.
