How we run event shoots
Pre‑production – run‑of‑show, shot list, AV liaison, speaker consent
On‑site – multi‑cam (if selected), stage audio, b‑roll, safety clips
Post – edit, captions/subs, brand graphics, approvals
Delivery – masters + social formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), thumbnails
Can you deliver a highlight film within 24–72 hours?
Yes. With a priority edit (or an on‑site editor for bigger events), we typically deliver a polished 60–120‑second highlights film within 24–72 hours of your event, depending on coverage and approvals.
Do you film outside Westmeath?
We’re based near Athlone, Co. Westmeath, and film nationwide—Dublin, Galway, Limerick and beyond. Travel is itemised upfront so there are no surprises.
Can you record clean audio from the venue’s desk?
Yes. We liaise with your AV team to take a direct audio feed for crystal‑clear speeches and panels. We also run backup microphones as standard.
Can you capture slides and combine them with the speaker video?
Absolutely. We can capture slides and create picture‑in‑picture edits or cut‑in full‑frame slides for clarity—ideal for training, CPD and post‑event distribution.
How many cameras do we need?
For single‑speaker talks, one locked‑off + one roaming operator gives great coverage. For panels, awards or multi‑speaker sessions, we recommend 2–3 cameras to cover reactions and cutaways smoothly
What does event videography cost?
Highlights Package — From €900–€2,500 + VAT

How do you handle permissions and music licensing?
We follow your speaker/attendee consent process and can supply release templates if needed. For post‑event edits, we license music appropriately (web/social/paid usage) to avoid takedowns.
Do you provide photography as an add‑on?
Yes—many clients book stills + video on the same day to maximise value (team headshots, product/process photos, event imagery).
